This is my best friend recipe.
Ingredient
- 250g of wheat flour
- 1 tblsp of black wheat flour
- 90g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tblsp of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50cl of milk
- 1 tblsp of rum (optional)
- 5 apples
How to make it
- make the pancake batter
- Cut the apples into small dices 1 by 1 into the batter
- make small piles on the crepe pan and a little bit of butter
- then flip and cook on the over side
