Raspberry Coulis

This lovely Coulis will go perfectly with the yogurt cake

Ingredients

• 200 g of raspberry
• 100g icing sugar
• 1 lemon

how to make

• Put the raspberry and lemon and icing sugar to heat it up for 5 min (while mixing)
• And mix it up.
